Maintenance

In cases of failures, defects or damage, reactive maintenance is required and we provide quick and expert repair work. The other kind of maintenance is preventive maintenance, which means our tradesmen carry out maintenance work for you regularly. This kind of maintenance can save you a lot of money and trouble.

Proactive identification

Our tradesmen have years of experience in maintenance, among others, at government buildings, care institutions and medium-sized and large companies. You will benefit from their expertise because they are always alert to defects or unsafe situations. They identify problems in time, so that you can avoid loss and safety risks and, therefore, reduce maintenance costs.

All our tradesmen have a smartphone with camera with which they can record weaknesses such as loose tiles, damaged walls, leakage stains or defective doors. You decide whether to have it repaired directly or later during regular maintenance.

Reporting and advice

Krämer Groep registers and analyses each disturbance report. You will receive clear overviews regularly, mentioning the repair work we carried out. Each report will also include maintenance advice and a cost estimate. The information will be as detailed as possible so that you can make a well-substantiated decision.
